Commissioner Randy, (aka. Mr. Fucking Randy, Morpheus Randy, greatest FUCK ever) is the founder of the RANDY LEAGUES, a highly sought-after, elite and invite-only fantasy hockey league. It's rich history dates back to the year 2013 and continues to build its notorious reputation each and every year.

Commissioner Randy, as his title indicates, is the Commissioner; he rules Fantasy Land and is Lord of the League. He is loved. He is admired. And most importantly, he is feared.
